Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Once verified, we will offer:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was ours

Shipping fees are non-refundable

We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
Defective

Damaged during delivery

Incorrectly supplied
