Order Processing
All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
- Tracking information will be provided where available.
Shipping Within Nigeria
We deliver nationwide across Nigeria.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Lagos: 1–3 business days
- Outside Lagos: 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to selected international destinations.
International shipping costs are not automatically calculated at checkout.
After you place your order, we will calculate the shipping cost based on:
- Destination country
- Parcel weight
- Parcel dimensions
We will then contact you with your international shipping quotation.
Orders will only be dispatched after the international shipping fee has been confirmed and paid.
Estimated dispatch: 1–3 business days after the international shipping payment has been confirmed.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total or shipping quotation unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address, email address, and phone number are accurate before placing your order.
Organicsbyjumira is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned because:
- The shipping address is incorrect;
- The parcel is unclaimed;
- Customs duties or import charges are unpaid; or
- Delivery attempts are unsuccessful,
the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping or return charges.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the parcel
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items
Once we have reviewed your claim, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, adverse weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
